Returns Policy

This web site is owned and operated by Snap Paper.  The material contained on this site, including al design, text, graphics, selection and arrangement of content and all other information on this site is the sole property of SNAP Paper, its licensees, content providers and technology providers.  All rights reserved.
Contract formation:

No contract shall subsist between you and Snap Paper for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Snap Paper accepts your order by sending you a VAT invoice.  An order confirmation is for your convenience only and does not constitute an acceptance of your order.  That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Snap Paper sends an email to you (whether or not you receive that email).


We will deliver your order with in three to five (3 to 5) days (normal working hours) from the payment settlement date.  If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within this time period, we will contact you immediately to arrange a new delivery date.  If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within the newly established time period, you may at your option cancel your order and we will provide you a full refund. If you have not received your order within 7 working days of receiving our 'item shipped' email, you must notify us immediately.

Your order

We reserve the right to substitute goods within your order with goods of an equivalent nature.  If you do not wish to accept the substituted goods, notify Snap Paper immediately and return the good to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Damaged goods

If your parcel is damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within seven (7) days of receipt for an immediate exchange.  Please contact Snap Paper to get authorisation prior to returning goods.
Defective merchandise:

Merchandise should be examined immediately upon receipt.  If a defect is identified (excluding packaging) Snap Paper will accept the merchandise back within Fourteen (14) days of purchase for exchange or return.  Prior to return, you must contact Snap Paper to receive return authorisation.

Incorrect item

If an incorrect product is sent to you, please contact Snap Paper immediately.  We will then ship the correct item(s) to you.  You then have seven (7) days to return the incorrect item(s) to Snap Paper  If you do not return the original item(s), we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of the replacement item(s), including delivery charge, to the payment card you used for the order.

Please note, DO NOT return any goods to this address without prior authorisation.  All un-authorized returns will be rejected.
The postage/courier cost for goods returned to Photo Paper Direct will be the responsibility of the buyer and are non refundable unless otherwise agreed with Snap Paper's representative in writing.

Refund policy

If a refund is due to you for any reason, Snap Paper will refund directly to the payment card originally charged.

Cancellation policy

Orders cancelled for any reason other than those indicated above, may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 10% of the product purchase price.  Postage/delivery costs are a non-refundable.  All orders cancelled prior to dispatch from Snap Paper will not incur any additional cost.
